What Our Students Say About Us

Gerald Chung Zi Shen

Former school: SMK St. Columba, Miri
Current institution: University of South Australia (UNISA)
Program: Bachelor of Aviation (Flight)
Enrolment year: 2020
Highlight: Scholarship holder, Eynesbury College and
                  UniSA

“I have chosen to study at UniSA because they offer the course that I wanted. Through CT Academic Services whom had visited my former school, I get to know more of the information and assistance on applying to the institution pathway, Eynesbury College and from there I had progress into the university program. I have learnt so much on how to work with others in a team and practice self-discipline while studying abroad. CT Academic Services staff had been very helpful and friendly throughout preparing me to the institution, from the application all the way to my student visa arrangement. These are the vital procedures for students who wanted to study abroad but had no clue how the procedure works. They had always given their best to assist me in many ways during my entire arrangement of study abroad.”

Antonio Tan Toh Siang

Former school: Maktab Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee
                            Billah, Brunei Darussalam
Current institution: University College Dublin
                                    (RUMC pathway)
Program: Medicine
Enrolment year: 2020
Highlight: Early Bird High Achiever Scholarship

“RUMC allows students to study overseas at an affordable cost. This will help us as students to gain more learning experience in interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds. My course at UCD is a twinning course which allows me to experience both overseas and abroad study at an affordable cost. Studying in UCD has made me more independent as I mostly need to research and revise on my own which is quite beneficial and I can see improvement on my interaction with people. By studying medicine program, we need to be more independent as our future career to becoming doctors will be quite demanding. I got to know CT Academic Services through an education event and they have assisted me with my application and communication with RUMC regarding whatever queries that I had. This had saved me from all the hassle of putting in application so I could spend more time in revising. I would recommend my peers to CT Academic Services because they are quick to respond on queries and give good suggestions and advices to students on tertiary education.”

Eileen Hii Sie Ching

Former school: SMK Chung Hua, Miri
Current institution: University of Portsmouth, UK
Program: MSc Quantity Surveying
Enrolment year: 2019

“By the recommendation of my former university lecturer and as well CT Academic Services, I have decided to enroll in University of Portsmouth as I have always prefer to experience teaching and life being abroad. I have gained new knowledge while studying abroad which is different from that in Malaysia as the cultural and climate conditions are different. CT Academic Services had helped me to solve all the trivial matters that have to be done before the enrolment. As I was recommended by a friend, CT Academic Services definitely had given me a good service.”

Chin Wei

Former school: SMK Chung Hua, Miri
Current institution: International Medical University
                                    (IMU)
Program: Foundation in Science leading to Dental Surgery
Highlight: JPA Scholarship

“Being a SPM student during the Covid-19 pandemic implied that most of us were not exposed to as much tertiary education planning as compared to previous batches. After my SPM examinations, not only was I oblivious of the education pathways that I need to continue my studies, I was also on the horns of a dilemma; whether to continue my studies in medicine, biomedical science, pharmacy or dentistry. That’s when CT Academic reached out to me and helped profusely in my tertiary education decision. They consulted me and provided me with the necessary information and career pathways on the different courses that I had in mind. I was able to compare the different courses and get a clearer picture of the program that is most suited for me. At last, I’ve decided to enrol in the IMU Foundation in Science leading to Dental Surgery under the consultation of CT Academic Services. Students, especially SPM candidates are definitely obliged to seek the consultation of CT Academic Services if you wish to understand in-depth about tertiary education planning for both local and oversea universities.”
